While a few days ago we gave you a review of the impressive Cemu emulator for Wii U, today it's the turn of Citra, a fully functional emulator of Nintendo 3DS for Windows and Mac that can run games at 100% and scale the 3D graphics to display much higher resolutions that the console originals. It might be popular, but I liked it better when my Pokedex wasn't itself a Pokemon and didn't talk back to me Like, I get why it happened (. gives evil eye to Yokai Watch.) but I kinda preferred it when the Pokedex was just a handy-dandy reference and travel tool, that at best maybe had a robot/computer voice to read out Pokedex entries.

Summary
Pokémon X and Y now run excellently in Citra with the exception of various sounds and music when using LLE for audio. Unfortunately, it is not, currently, recommended to use HLE (either accurate or multi-core) as emulation speed and/or frame rate drops to practically unplayable levels. Even with decent hardware. With that said, all else seems to be working great.
